无机胶黏剂用于木质人造板生产时具有环保、防火等优良性能。以2.4、2.6、28、3.0模Na2SiO3溶液为主要原料,氧化镁、氧化铝为骨架物质,二氧化硅为固化剂,混合调制成一系列无机胶黏剂,并施加于杨木单板上,采用冷压成型工艺制备5层杨木胶合板,进而对该胶合板进行力学性能、耐水性及阻燃性能测试。结果表明:Na2SiO3基木材胶黏剂胶合样的胶合强度介于0.358至0.46MPa之间,耐水性有待提高;热释放速率(HRR)、总热释放量(THR)和质量损失速率(MLR)均低于对照样,具有较好的阻燃效果。
Inorganic adhesive has many excellent properties such as no pollution, fire retardant when used for wood-based production, five different modulus(2.4,2.6,2.8,3.0) of sodium silicate solution were selected as the main ingredients, and magnesium oxide and alumina were used as stock material, silica as curing agent, thus a series of inorganic adhesive for plywood have been prepared. The inorganic adhesive was used to poplar veneer and a kind of five-layer poplar plywood was produced by adopting cold hriquetfing process. Then a test of mechanical properties, water resistance and fire resistance of the plywood were conducted. The results show that the bonding strength were existed indeed which wore among 0.358 and 0.46 MPa, however, the properties of water resistance needed to be rised ; the HRIL THR and MLR were all lower than organic adhesive(the conlrol); the flame retardant of the inorganic adhesive was better than organic adhesive(the control).
