作为一种动态无损检测技术,声发射在研究材料的变化机理和特殊性能表征等方面具有重要作用。本文采用声发射检测技术对高温高压下人造金刚石单晶的生长过程进行了检测与分析。并结合金刚石/金属包膜界面微观形貌的观察,讨论了声发射信号能量、幅度、振铃等参数的变化规律。实验结果表明,声发射信号的特征参数能客观反映金刚石单晶在高温高压下的动态生长规律,为研究金刚石单晶的生长机理提供了新的方法和重要的实验依据。
As a dynamic testing technology,acoustic emission plays an important role in the study of change mechanism and property characterization of materials.The growth process of synthetic diamond single crystals under HPHT was tested by acoustic emission testing.The micro-morphology of the interface of diamond /metallic film was investigated.And the variation regularities of amplitude,energy and counts with time were discussed.The experimental results indicated that the AE signals of diamond single crystals could reflect the corresponding dynamic growth process objectively.The research provided a new method and an important experimental basis for studying the in-situ reaction mechanics of synthetic diamond single crystals under HPHT by using AE testing.
