为了分析某些因素对绝缘子交流污闪电压的影响,将有限元法用于平板型污层剩余电阻的计算,并将计算结果用于Obenaus污闪模型去预测交流污闪电压。将有限元法的计算结果与Wilkins公式以及人工污秽试验结果进行了比较,验证了有限元法用于剩余污层电阻计算的有效性。由于需要建立和分析的模型数量很大,结合MATLAB、BCB、ANSYS实现了ANSYS中的自动建模以及剩余污层电阻的自动计算,大大减少了工作量。在此基础上分析了污层形状、电弧数量、弧长比例、电弧位置对交流污闪电压的影响。结果表明:满足形状因数不变时,更符合实际情况的多边形污层对应污闪电压始终要大于矩形污层对应的污闪电压;随着电弧数量的增加污闪电压明显增大;上下金具弧长比例对污闪电压基本没有影响;上下金具弧长位置对污闪电压影响不大。
To analyze the influences of some factors on insulator AC pollution flashover voltage,an Obenaus pollution flashover model was used to predict pollution flashover voltage,then,the plane shape pollution layer residual resistance of the model was calculated by the finite element method.The pollution layer residual resistance was compared with the values calculated by the Wilkins formulas,and the AC pollution flashover voltage calculated by the model was compared with the artificial pollution test results,indicating that the effectiveness of the proposal method.A large number of models required to be built and to be analyzed,and automatic building of model in ANSYS and automatic calculation of the pollution layer residual resistance were realized by the combination of MATLAB,BCB and ANSYS,so the work load of model building and post procession were decreased greatly.Thereby,the influences of pollution layer shape,arc number,arc length ratio,arc position on the AC pollution flashover voltage were analyzed.The results indicate that: if the insulator shape factor is the same,the pollution flashover voltage of polygonal pollution layer is always higher than the value of rectangular pollution layer,and the former is close to the real insulator pollution layer shape.The pollution flashover voltage will increase with the increase of arc number.The ratio of upper arc length and lower arc length hardly affects the pollution flashover voltage,and the influence of upper and lower arc position on the pollution flashover voltage is very small.
