In view of the present main problems of coal mines in （2hina specxal work safety training, puts forward the training demand analysis, improve training methods, establish a ＂serial＂ actual operation combined with the interview assessment methods, strengthening teachers＇ practical, perfect training evaluation etc. Countermeasures to improve the quality of the special work safety training. Points out the virtual reality technology in coal mine application forms and characteristics of special operations personnel safety training.
