为了改进LCD的背光模组的背光源不均匀现象,从韦伯定律的应用角度出发,提出一种以人眼观察效果作为考量基准的韦伯分数和分辨率的设计方法,从改进背光模组结构后的比较结果来看LCD的质量有了提高。应用改进设计结构在直下式背光源tracepro模型仿真分析得到了在光线数量40000,分辨率0.5mm下的与人眼观察结果预期需要的成果,实现了对背光源不均匀现象的改进。这一研究对于LCD的进一步快速发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to improve the backlight source non?uniform phenomenon of LCD backlight units,proceeding from the application of Weber′s law,the Weber fraction and resolution design method is presented,which takes the real human eye observation effect as an examination benchmark. With the improvement of backlight unit structure,it is found in the comparison result that the LCD quality has been improved. An expected result of human eye observation was obtained with the improved struc?ture in simulation analysis of direct type backlight TracePro model as the amount of light is 40 000 and the resolution is 0.5 mm.The results indicate that the backlight source non?uniform phenomenon is improved. This research has a certain reference significance for further rapid development of LCD.
