The problems of state constraints and control constraints of discrete linear time-variant systems were transformed to the problem of positive invariance of some polyhedral subsets in the state space of dynamical systems. These polyhedrons were represented by non-identity matrices which have more widespread availability. Based on the mixed monotone decomposition method, the robustly invariant and robustly controlled invariant sets were discussed, and the necessary and sufficient conditions were given out.
