为全面改善双联轴货车的综合行驶性能,提出一种考虑动态轴荷平衡的货车双联轴钢板平衡悬架参数优化方法。首先,基于数值分析法分别建立带钢板平衡悬架的6自由度1/2车辆模型和单轮辙随机激励时域模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink中构建相应的车路耦合动力学模型。进而提出综合反映动态轴荷平衡和平顺性的多联轴货车综合行驶性能指标,依据正交试验探索悬架各参数对车辆综合行驶性能的影响程度。最后通过极差和方差分析实现悬架关键参数的全面优化。结果表明,在20~90km/h车速下,相对于原货车,参数优化后货车的综合行驶性能指标约提高了30%。
For thoroughly improving the overall driving performance of tandem-axle truck,a parameter optimiza-tion scheme for the leaf-spring balanced suspension of a tandem axle truck is proposed with consideration of dynamic axle load balance. Firstly a six DOF half-vehicle model with leaf-spring balanced suspension and a single-rut random excita-tion time-domain model are created respectively based on numerical analysis, and a corresponding dynamic vehicle-road coupled model is also built with MATLAB/Simulink accordingly. Then an overall driving performance indicator of tandem axle truck is put forward, which comprehensively reflect the dynamic axle load balance and ride comfort of vehicle and the degree of influence of suspension parameters on the overall driving performance of vehicle is explored based on orthog-onal experiment. Finally a thorough optimization of key suspension parameters is achieved by range analysis and variance analysis. The results indicate that compared with original truck, the overall driving performance indicator of truck after parameter optimization is enhanced by some 30% at the speed range of 20 to 90km/h.
