在进行货物运输方式选择评价时,评价指标及权重的确定会影响到最终评价结果。为此,综合主、客观权重信息提出一种基于离差平方和的多属性最优组合赋权方法,结合可变模糊集理论建立最优组合赋权可变模糊模型。以具体算例对其进行实证分析,对9组运输方式进行对比选择,并将结果与模糊综合评价法、灰色关联分析法结果进行比较。结果表明,通过该方法得出的评价结果符合实际情况。
When making evaluation of freight transport modes selection, the determination of evaluation index and weight will influence the final evaluation result. For this reason, a method of multi-attribute optimal combination weight based on sum-of-squares of deviations was put forward which combining with objective and subjective weights information, and then, the variable fuzzy model of optimal combination weight was established by combining variable fuzzy set theory. This paper makes empirical analysis on the model by using concrete examples, makes comparison and selection on 9 sets of transport modes, and compares the result of the mode with that of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and grey correlation analysis. It shows the evaluation result of the mode is adapted for actual situation.
