Based on the ＂Four-Three Structure Model＂ of regional innovation system,this paper constructs the Output-Input Feedback Model of regional innovation system according to the assumptions for model simplification by using System Dynamics.It analyzes feedback loops of talent,capital and technology,the three major innovation input factors and summarizes key factors which affect the operation of regional innovation system,so as to provide a theoretical basis for regional innovation strategy implementation.
