基于"适应性主体"、"适应性创造复杂性"及"混沌边缘"等复杂适应系统概念并结合战略管理理论,探析了企业内部的组织复杂性对商业模式适应环境过程中的有中介的调节作用。研究结果表明,组织复杂性负向调节效率型商业模式设计与商业模式结构复杂性的关系,组织复杂性正向调节创新型商业模式设计与商业模式结构复杂性的关系;交易主体多样性与简单适应性存在比较显著的负相关关系,交易主体多样性和交易规则灵活性与复杂适应性都存在显著的正相关关系;结构复杂性对交易主体多样性在效率型商业模式设计和简单适应性间发挥了有中介的调节,组织复杂性对商业模式结构复杂性在创新型商业模式设计和复杂适应性间发挥了有中介的调节。研究结论对帮助企业根据其组织复杂程度指导其商业模式设计以适应复杂环境具有较为重要的理论和实践意义。
This article uses the metaphor of"adaptive agent","adaptation create complexity"and other concept of complex adaptive system and combines the theory of strategic management,to make an empirical study on how organizational complexity plays a mediated moderation role on the process of adaptability of business model design.The results show organizational complexity plays a negative moderation on the relationship between efficiency-centered business model design and structural complexity of business model,and plays a positive moderation between the relationship of novelty-centered business model design and structural complexity of business model;there exists negative correlation relationship between diversity of trade agents and simple adaptability,and significant positive correlation relationship among diversity of trade agents,flexibility of trading rules and complex adaptability.Structural complexity plays mediated moderation role on diversity of trade agents between efficiency business model and simple adaptability.Organizational complexity plays a mediated moderation role on structural complexity of business model between novelty-centered business model and complex adaptability.The conclusion is of great theoretical and practical significance in helping the enterprises to design the business model to adapt to the complex environment based on organizational complexity.
