针对已有的确定性和不确定性决策规则不能给出否定判断的缺陷,本文给出一种新的获取否定决策规则的方法,讨论了否定决策规则的度量因子,定义了两种相对约简的概念.为了获取简化的决策规则,提出了基于分辨矩阵的否定决策规则约简的方法.在评价学生成绩的决策系统中也验证了该方法的有效性和实用性.
英文摘要：
For the drawback of present certainty and uncertainty decision rule which can’t help the decision-maker give a negative decision,a new method is proposed to obtain the negative decision rules.The measure factors of the negative decision rules are discussed,and the concepts of two relative reductions are defined.To obtain the simplified decision rule,the negative decision rule reduction method based on discernibility matrix is presented.At last,examples of student score evaluation also show that the method is effective and practical.
