卵泡液作为卵母细胞生长和分化的整体环境,直接或间接影响卵母细胞的生长和发育潜能,研究卵泡液中代谢物质的水平,可以间接反映卵细胞代谢水平。卵泡液代谢组学研究将可能成为临床上选择配子和胚胎的一项重要的非侵害性检测技术。本文从卵泡液代谢物组概况、卵泡液代谢物组与卵母细胞发育、早期卵裂和胚胎质量、妊娠结局几方面作简要综述。
Follicular fluid as the whole environment of oocyte growth and differentiation directly or indirectly affects oocyte growth and development potential. Metabolites qualitative level in follicular fluid can indirectly reveal egg cell metabolism level. Follicular fluid metabolomics research could become an important noninvasive detection technology to choose gamete and embryo. This paper reviews the recent progress in follicular fluid metabolomies from follicular fluid metabolites composition and its relationship with ooeyte quality, early cleavage, embryo quality, pregnancy outcome.
