利用低温等离子体协同催化脱除氮氧化物(NOx)是目前比较有吸引力和发展前景的技术。本文介绍了低温等离子体协同催化脱除NOx技术的反应机理及研究现状。分别讨论了等离子体的外加电压、等离子体内部结构、温度、还原剂和氧化剂、气体组分以及系统优化等因素对NOx脱除效率的影响,并对该技术进行了展望。
Non-thermal plasma-assisted catalysis for NOx removal is the most attractive and promising technology currently.The reaction mechanism,research status and progress of this technology are introduced.Eeffects of the plasma applied voltage,temperature,plasma internal structure,reducer and oxidant,gas composition and system optimization on NOx removal efficiency are discussed,and the technology is prospected.
