CDPKs(calcium-dependent protein kinases,CDPKs)在植物适应非生物胁迫过程中发挥了重要作用,CDPK家族成员众多,在植物种间分布广泛,并且定位于不同的细胞器中。CDPKs是植物细胞钙信号转导的重要感受器,通过作用于多种多样的互作底物,参与植物对干旱胁迫、盐胁迫和低温胁迫的适应。在分子水平上,CDPKs通过磷酸化调节不同的底物蛋白的活性,进而实现基因表达调控、离子平衡调控和活性氧平衡调控,从而发挥各自的生物学功能。本文综述了CDPKs在植物逆境信号网络中的功能,并对将来的研究方向进行论述。
CDPKs(calcium-dependent protein kinases) play important role in plant adaptation to abiotic stress, the CDPKs constitute a large gene family, and distribute in different plant species, the CDPK members localize to various sub-cellular spaces. CDPKs are important calcium sensors in plant cells, they interact with numbers of substrates, involve in plant adaptation to drought stress, salt stress and cold stress. The mechanism of CDPKs regulate plant stress tolerance are gene expression regulation, ion balance regulation and ROS balance regulation. Here, we review the recent advances on the functions of CDPKs in stress signaling networks, and discuss the potential research aspects in the future.
