在对高端服务业理论回顾和归纳的基础上,提出了高端物流服务的资源基础,比较了高端物流服务提供商与一般物流服务提供商之间的区别;根据高端物流服务的资源基础和特征,基于整合和互动的视角构建了高端物流服务协同价值创造的基本框架;以怡亚通供应链股份有限公司为例对高端物流服务协同价值创造机理进行了验证。
On the basis of review and induction of high-end service industries, the article proposed the resources basis of high-end logistics service. Then, differences between high-end logistics providers and general logistics providers were compared. A framework of in high-end logistics services was also established from both interaction and integration perspectives. At last, the synergistic value creation mechanism of high-end logistics services was verified through a case study of EA.
