英文摘要：
Facilitating diversity of educational background has become a trend for the development of R＆D teams in the university. A large number of factors that influenced the effect of educational background diversity on the creativity have been identified. Taking R＆D teams in the university as an example, this study analyzed the impacts of team interaction, team climate, leadership, drive mechanism and life cycle of the team on this effect. Finally, we concluded the solutions to strengthen the effect.
