采用熔融接枝聚合的方法将自制的具有良好发光性能和热稳定性的四元稀土配合物铕-邻菲罗啉-苯甲酸-丙烯酸[Eu(phen)(BA)(AA)2]接枝到聚丙烯(PP)树脂上,制得在一定激发波长的紫外光下发射红色荧光的塑料树脂。红外和荧光分析结果表明该配合物已成功接枝到PP链上,接枝后的功能化聚丙烯具有良好的荧光性且强度随着接枝率的增加而增大。而差示扫描量热分析和X射线衍射分析结果则表明功能化基团的加入起到类似成核剂的作用,有效提高了PP的结晶速率,但同时也破坏了PP晶区的规整性。
The self-made quaternary rare earth complex Eu^3+ -1, 10-phenanthroline-benzoate-acrylate Eu (phen) (BA) (AA) 2, which possesses excellent luminescent property and heat-stability , was grafted onto polypropylene in melt phase, a new functional resin which emits red fluorescence under UV at certain excitation wavelength was obtained. The grafting was confirmed with IR and fluorescence analysis. The grafted PP possessed good fluorescence property, the fluorescence intensity increased with increasing degree of graft. DSC and WAXD revealed that grafted functional group acted as nucleating sites, leading to a higher crystallization rate, however, a less regularity of the crystal structure.
