介绍了磁流体轴承的原理及特点,基于ANSYS对磁流体轴承进行了瞬态仿真,得到正常工况下的磁场分布与涡流分布,分析了转轴不同偏心情况下轴承的性能,结果表明,转轴偏心距越大,轴承所受磁场力不均越显著,会使受力较小一侧密封性能变差,但转轴偏心对磁流体轴承总体载荷影响较小。
The principle and characteristics of the magnetic fluid bearings are introduced. The transient simulation is carried out based on ANSYS software to obtain the magnetic field distribution and eddy current distribution under normal operating conditions, and the performance of the bearings with the shaft eccentricity is analyzed. The results show that the uneven force of the bearings increases with the eccentricity of shaft, the sealing performance will be weakened due to the unevenness of the magnet force, but the influence of eccentricity of shaft on total load is not large.
