伏安曲线是对燃料电池电性能进行表征的一项重要手段,通过对伏安曲线的拟合可以计算出电池的各类极化电阻。由于从理论出发推导出来的伏安曲线公式中含有对数项和难于测得的气体分压等参数,因此无法对其进行拟合。在对伏安曲线形状特征进行分析的基础上提出了一个具有实用价值的拟合公式。利用该公式对实验数据进行拟合得到的结果与原始数据之间有着很好的一致性,根据拟合公式还可以计算出电池在不同电流密度下各类极化电阻。
Current-voltage curve is an important method to characterize fuel cell performance because all kinds of polarization resistances can be evaluated by fitting current-voltage data with proper equation. However, the theoretical current-voltage equation can not be used to fit experiment data because it includes a logarithm item and relates to gas partial pressure parameters which are very difficult to be measured. In view of this, a practical fitting equation was proposed in this paper on the basis of carefully analyzing the shape feature of current-voltage curve. Using this equation the current-voltage curve can be precisely fitted. As a result, all kinds of cell polarization resistances at designated current density can be calculated according to the fitting equation.
