A directed network model with exponent accelerating growth of edges, a directed network model with logarithm accelerating growth of edges and a network model with exponent accelerating growth of nodes are presented. Using the theory of Poisson process, the degree distribution is analytically obtained. The corresponding relationship between accelerating growth velocity and power-law exponents of non-stationary growth networks is discussed. It is founded that the stationary scale-free characteristic is maintained only within a suitable accelerating growth velocity and the value of the power-law exponent changes in the opposite direction of the accelerating growth.
