在通过技术引进提高企业创新能力的过程中,如何提高组织间技术转移效率是需要解决的主要问题之一。在将企业引进消化吸收再创新背景下的技术转移实现模式分为＂推式＂和＂拉式＂两种模式的基础上,分析了每种模式下都存在多次技术转移,发现一般意义下的转移效率因素的重要性将发生分化并呈现两个特征：一是＂推式＂模式下变化的不确定性比＂拉式＂模式下更大;二是转移效率因素在二次技术转移中的重要性和相对重要性会因处于＂推式＂或＂拉式＂模式下有所不同。

英文摘要：

To improve enterprises＇ innovative ability through technology importing,we have much work to do.How to improve the technology transfer efficiency is a critical issue.This article studies the characteristics of those factors affecting inter-organization technology transfer efficiency during enterprise technology importing and innovating process.This paper divides the enterprise technology importing and innovating process into ＂push＂ mode and ＂pull＂ mode,and analyzes that each mode involve several technology transfers.The result shows that the normal factors＇ weightiness will change：（1） uncertainty of the change under ＂push＂ mode is higher than that under ＂pull＂ mode;（2） the weightiness and relative weightiness are different according to the mode after the process go into the second time technology transfer.
