为了解决液压机强度较差的问题,利用有限元的结构优化设计方法进行了液压机改进设计。通过有限元静态刚强度计算,分析了原机身设计中的薄弱环节。运用优化设计原理,构建优化数学模型,利用Workbench软件对液压机进行了结构优化。根据优化结果设计的液压机结构最大应力减小23%,刚强度性能满足设计要求。
To improve the strength of the hydraulic press,an modified design was conducted by using the structural optimization based on finite element.The static stiffness and strength were calculated by using the finite element method,and the weak links in the original design were analyzed.Based on the principles of optimization design,the optimal mathematical model of the hydraulic press was constructed,and the optimization of hydraulic press in Workbench was conducted.The maximum stress of the optimized hydraulic press decreased by 23%,and the stiffness can satisfy the design requirements.
