In the context of urban and rural integration development,urban and rural landscape control plan could totally enhance urban and rural space environment quality from a macro perspective.In this paper,Changping District in Beijing is taken as an example,combined with development requirement and existing landscape resource situation,the complex ecological planning concept is proposed.Based on this,the framework for rural and urban landscape system is built.Guidelines of urban and rural landscape control plan are put forward from a new perspective.
