以-水合醋酸铜(Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O)和硫脲(或硫代乙酰胺)为原料,以二甘醇(DEG)作为溶剂和还原剂,通过醇热法在高温(180℃)下合成纳米硫化亚铜(Cu2S)晶体.采用XRD、SEM、HRTEM、BET等方法对合成物结构进行表征和分析.实验结果表明合成物为较纯的花状和颗粒状纳米Cu2S.由于花状纳米Cu2S的特殊形貌,在100min内其降解活性艳红(X-3B)的效率高达67.2%,具有较高的光催化活性.
Cu2S nanostructures were synthesizedby a polyol process at high temperature using Cu(CH3 COO)2 · H2O and Thioures(CH4N2 S) or Thioacelamide(TAA) as precuresors and diethylene glycol as both solvent and reducing agent. The structure of Cu2S crystal was characterized with XRD, SEM, HRTEM and BET. The result shows that the as-compound is pure flower-like and nanoparticle Cu2S crystal. The peculiar morphology of flower-like Cu2S make it possess a excellent photocatalytic activity. The degradation efficiency of Dye Brillant Red under visible light can be up to 67.2%.
