土壤激光诱导击穿光谱的实验研究

在大气环境下测定了土壤在可见光谱区的激光诱导击穿光谱,对测定的光谱进行了分析和归属.实验结果表明,土壤中A1、Fe、Ti、K、Na、Mg、Ca等元素含量高,且Fe、Ti、Al元素谱线非常丰富、强度较强,而Ba、Cr、Cu、Li、Mn、Pb、Sr等元素含量低,且元素谱线不多、强度较弱;由实验测定的一系列国家标准土壤样品的激光诱导击穿光谱,得到了多种微量元素的定标曲线和检测(ug/g)(Ba(3.4)、Cr(3.9)、Cu(70.2)、Li(1.0)、Mn(52.2)、Pb(21.0)、Sr(11.4)、Ti(35.0)).

Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) spectra of the soil were measured in the visible spectral region under atmospheric environment. The main and minor trace elements of the soil sample were identified by the analysis of the LIBS spectrum. The experimental results show that the element concentration of Al, Fe, Ti, K, Na, Mg, Ca were high, and the spectral lines of Fe, Ti, Al were rich and strong it^ intensity. For the elements such as Ba, Cr, Cu, Li, Mn, Pb, and Sr with lower concentration, few weak lines were observed. The LIBS calibration curves of some trace metallic elements were obtained by measuring the LIBS spectral line intensities of a series elements as Ba(3.4), obtained. of national standards soil sample, thus the LIBS detection limit(ug/g) of many trace Cr(3.85), Cu(70.2), Li(1.0), Mn(52.2), Pb(21), Sr(11.4), Ti(35) were
