目的：确定白介素－9（IL－9）和白介素-10（IL－10）基因拷贝数与银屑病发病的相关性。方法：采用RT－PCR对424例银屑病患者和424名健康者的IL－9和IL－10基因拷贝数变异进行检测和比较。结果：银屑病患者的IL－9和IL－10基因拷贝数较健康人基因拷贝数显著增高（P〈0．05）。结论：IL－9和IL－10基因拷贝数增加可能会增加对银屑病的易感性。
英文摘要：
Objective： To determine the association of interleukin-9 （IL-9） and interleukin- 10 （ IL- 10） gene copy number variations with psoriasis. Methods： Determination of gene copy number of IL-9 and IL-10 was achieved by RT-PCR method and compared between 424 psoriatic patients and 424 healthy controls. Re suits： The IL-9 and IL-10 gene copy number was higher in the psoriatic patients than in the healthy controls （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The increasing of IL-9 and IL-10 gene copy numbers may increase the susceptibili ty to psoriasis.
