目的对银线草的化学成分及海虾致死活性进行研究。方法利用正、反相柱层析等色谱手段进行分离纯化;通过核磁共振谱、质谱等光谱数据鉴定化合物结构;采用96孔板稀释法进行海虾致死活性测试。结果从银线草乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到5个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:银线草醇B(shizukaoiB,1);银线草内酯G(shizukanolideG,2);银线草内酯H(shizukanolideH,3);伊谷甾醇(fl-sitosterol,4);卡瓦胡椒素A(flavokawainA,5)。结论化合物2,3和5首次从该植物中分离得到;化合物1具有较强的海虾致死活性(LC5〈5mg·L-1)。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Chloranthus japonicus, which cause brine shrimp (Artemia salina) to death. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectroscopic analysis. The brine shrimp lethality were tested by 96-well plate dilution method. Results 5 compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate extracts, and their structures were elucidated as: shizukaol B (1),shizukanolide G (2),shizukanolide H (3), sitosterol (4),and flavokawain A (5). Conclusion Compounds 2,3 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound 1 showed significant brine shrimp lethality, with the lethal concentration 50 (LC50) less than 5 mg · L-1.
