在模拟某油田腐蚀环境中,采用高温高压CO2腐蚀试验及SEM、EDS和XPS等测试手段,研究温度对超级13Cr马氏体不锈钢CO2腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,在气、液两相环境下,随温度升高,超级13Cr马氏体不锈钢的均匀腐蚀速率增大,局部腐蚀速率呈现上升的趋势;随温度升高,点蚀敏感性增强;表面钝化膜主要成分是Cr2O3。
The effect of temperature on the CO2 corrosion behavior of super 13Cr martensitic stainless steel were studied with high-temperature and high-pressure test under CO2 corrosion environment by SEM, EDS and XPS. The experimental results show that with the temperature increasing, the uniform corrosion rate of super 13Cr martensitic stainless steel increases in both gas phase and liquid phase environment. With the increase of temperature, the localized corrosion enhances. The major component of the corrosion films ofsuer 13Cr martensitic stainless steel is Cr2O3.
