针对传统设备状态监测与故障诊断系统中数据量大、实时性与可移植性差等问题,设计了一种故障声源定位系统。基于麦克风四元阵模型,通过广义互相关算法(GCC)完成时延估计从而对声源进行定位。采用Lab VIEW搭建了系统的软件平台,提供了模块化的人机交互界面。经测试,在杂波环境下,该系统能对设备运行的故障声响进行有效定位,位置精度误差小于5 cm,同时具有良好的实时性与可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of overmuch data,poor real-time performance and transportability in device condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system,a kind of fault sound source localization system was designed. Based on the microphone quaternion matrix model,the sound source was orientated by generalized cross correlation( GCC) algorithm. The software platform of the system was constructed with Lab VIEW and a modular human-computer interaction interface was provided. The test results show that the system is effective in positioning the equipment fault noise,the precision error is less than 5 cm,meanwhile verifing its reliability and real-time performance.
