以十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)为自组装诱导剂,以CuO纳米线为前驱体和模板剂,制备了尺寸分别为30、300、1 500 nm的Cu2O-TiO2纳微球。采用X线多晶粉末衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、N2吸附脱附等温线和紫外可见漫反射光谱对所制备试样的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明:制备的Cu2O-TiO2纳微球具有良好的结晶度以及明显的尺寸梯度分布,试样具有一定的可见光吸收。此外,由于Kirkendall效应的影响,Cu2O在纳微球表面的含量远大于球内含量。
Hierarchical crystalline Cu2O-TiO2 nanospheres,shaped into 30,300,and 1 500 nm,were fabricated based on Kirkendall Effect using CuO nanowires as both precursor and template.Sodium dodecylsulfonate(SDS) was used to orient the hydrolysis product from tetrabutyl titanate to self-assembly of spherical configuration.The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),N2 adsorption-desorption analysis,and UV-vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra(UV-vis DRS).Results showed that the prepared sample was well crystallographic and had visible light respondent.The transfer of Cu element followed the Kirkendall effect in the formation process of Cu2O-TiO2 nanospheres.This work would provide insight into formation process of hierarchical architecture and sound understanding of crystalline composite growth.
