列车的运行要借助于轮轨之间的黏着和制动,轮轨之间的最大黏着力受到接触斑上黏着系数的限制,因此轮轨关系中的黏着问题是与高速铁路运营密切关联的带有基础性的研究课题。综述国内外高速轮轨黏着的进展及现状,指出研究面临的主要问题。介绍轮轨模拟试验机开展的轮轨黏着试验,结果表明:油水砂介质下的轮轨黏着系数最大,油水介质下的轮轨黏着系数最小,利用此模拟试验机可开展轮轨黏着特性研究。
Trains run must be with the aid of rail/wheel adhesion and brake, the largest adhesion force between wheel and rail is limited by the adhesion coefficient( friction coefficient)of contact zone of wheel/rail. Therefore, the adhesion of high-speed wheel/rail is closely related to the operation of high-speed railway and it is a basic research project. The research progress of adhesion mechanism was discussed and the main problem of adhesion of high-speed wheel/rail were given. The adhesion behavior of wheel/rail was investigated using JD-1 wheel/rail simulation facilities. The results indicate that the adhesion coefficient is maximal under the mixture of oil, water and sand condition. The adhesion coefficient is minimal under the mixture of oil, water condition. This wheel/rail simulation facilities can be used to investigate the adhesion characteristic of wheel/rail.
