通过单矿物浮选试验,研究了油酸钠体系中微细粒赤铁矿的浮选行为,并考察了六偏磷酸钠、硅酸钠、焦磷酸钠、淀粉、腐植酸钠这5种抑制剂对微细粒赤铁矿可浮性的影响。结果表明:在油酸钠浓度为4×10μmol/L、pH=10时,微细粒赤铁矿的浮选效果最佳。5种抑制剂对微细粒赤铁矿均表现出明显的抑制作用,它们抑制能力的强弱排序为淀粉〉腐植酸钠〉焦磷酸钠〉六偏磷酸钠〉硅酸钠。
Flotation behavior of ultrafine hematite and the effect of five types of depressors ( sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium silicate, sodium pyro-phosphate, starch, sodium humate)on ultrafine hematite recovery in NaO1 flotation system were researched. The resuhs show that ultrafine hematite reaches to good floatability when the concentration of sodium oleate is 4 ×10 -4 mol/L and pH value is 10. The five types of depressors all have obvious depression on uhrafine hematite flotation, organic depressors have a better depression effect than inorganic depressors, and the depression effects of the five depressors are in the order of starch 〉 sodium humate 〉 sodium pyro-phosphate 〉 sodium hexametaphosphate 〉 sodium silicate.
