建立了用微波辅助提取-氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱联用技术测定中药田七水提取液可溶态Se的分析方法。研究了微波辅助提取的影响因素、硒形态分离的最佳酸度、仪器工作条件对硒氢化物发生的影响及六价硒的还原条件,探讨了共存离子对硒测定的干扰及消除方法。通过直接测定Se(Ⅳ)和定量还原后测总硒。用差减法测得Se(Ⅵ)量。Se(Ⅳ)的检测限为0.0014μg/g,相对标准偏差为1.8%,加标回收率为94%。
