为提高区域交通网络系统评价的科学性与合理性,在构建区域交通网络系统评价指标体系的基础上,利用具有指标偏好性的AHP约束锥提高传统数据包络分析方法(DEA)的判别能力,建立基于AHP约束锥的区域交通网络DEA评价模型。评价模型不仅侧重输入和输出指标属性数据分析,而且考虑了指标问的相对重要性,通过在系统评价过程中引入虚拟评价单元,利用LINGO9.0软件最终求得评价单元的综合效率值,从而可以得到各评价单元排序结果以及评价单元的等级,使评价结果更具有指导性。最后通过对珠三角区域交通网络系统实例进行评价,验证了该方法的可行性。
In order to improve the scientifically and rationality of the regional transportation net- work system evaluation, the DEA evaluation model based on AHP constraint cone is established on the basis of the evaluation index system of regional transportation network system, which the discriminatory power of traditional DEA (date envelopment analysis) is enhanced by AHP Restraint Cone with index preference. The evaluation model not only focuses on the analysis of the input and output index attribute data, but also considers the indexes relative importance. And the evaluation result is more guiding by the virtual evaluation units introduced in the evaluation process, which obtained the sort results of evaluation unit and the grades of evaluation unit by use LINGO 9.0 to solve the model evaluation unit efficiency val- ues. Finally, through the evaluation of the Pearl River Delta regional transport network, it verifies the feasibility of this method.
