介绍了自主研制的BIPTCFU-Ⅲ型旋流气浮一体化采出水处理样机的结构方案和工作原理,对该样机在秦皇岛32—6油田进行的包括单级CFU正交试验和单一变量影响试验、单级CFU连续运行和两级CFU串联连续运行试验结果进行了分析。结果表明:运行调试样机时需要对涉及到微气泡发生器和气液混合泵等设备的一些参数进行合理组合,以力求除油效率最高;当入口污水含油质量浓度在1700mg/L左右时,即使不添加任何处理药剂,单级CFU可将含油质量浓度降低到200mg/L以下,两级CFU串联运行可将含油质量浓度降低到20mg/L以下;自主研制的样机达到了国内同类产品的先进水平。该样机在秦皇岛32—6油田的成功试验为国内海洋石油工业的增产减污提供了可行的技术解决方案,值得进一步开展工程放大应用研究。
The paper describes the structure and work principle of the BIPTCFU III prototype which was integrated with cyclonic flotation tech nology and researched and developed with self-in dependent intellectual property. The field tests in QHD 32-6 oilfield consisted of single stage CFU orthogonal experiment, individual parameter-effect experiment, single-stage CFU continuous running experiment, and two-stage CFU serial and contin uous running experiment. The experimental re- sults have demonstrated that, some parameters re lated with micro-bubble generator and gas liquid mixing pump should be integrated reasonably when operating the prototype, so as to achieve the high- est oil removal efficiency; when the inlet oil con- tent is around 1700 mg/L, even without the addi- tion of chemicals, the outlet oil content can be con trolled below 200 mg/L with single stage CFU and below 20mg/L with two-stage CFU serially, which has approached the advanced level of the same-kind domestic products. The successful development of BIPTCFU III prototype can provide the domestic offshore industry with a practicable technological solution for increasing production and decreasing pollution. And of course it is worthy to expand its engineering application research.
