基于意义建构理论,从沟通接收方对传播方沟通技巧进行评价的角度建立跨文化沟通技巧衡量指标体系,以解决跨国公司中出现的跨文化管理冲突问题。采用行为实验研究方法、比较矩阵法和统计分析方法对行为实验研究数据进行了分析,提出了一套由逻辑、语境、语言、理由、倾听、肢体语言、立场、沟通方式八个变量组成的沟通衡量指标体系,最后确定了各变量对跨文化冲突化解的影响程度。
This paper builds an index system to evaluate communication techniques in a cross-cultural environment based on the sense-making theory in which information receiver can appraise the communication techniques of information sender aiming to solve cross-culture management conflict emerging in transnational corporations.It validates the index system with behavioral experiment method,comparison matrix method and statistical analysis technique,and brings forward a set of index system for communication effect,which includes logic,context,language,reason,hearken,body language,position and communication way.At last the weight of communication variable is determined.
