在椭圆齿轮传动原理的基础上,推导了椭圆齿轮的接触强度和弯曲强度的计算公式;通过MATLAB软件编程得到了接触应力及齿根弯曲应力随着主动轮转角的变化规律,并且分析了椭圆齿轮偏心率对椭圆齿轮齿面接触力及齿根弯曲应力的影响;与普通圆柱齿轮对比分析,用抛物线插值方法得到椭圆齿轮齿根最大弯曲应力与圆柱齿轮齿根弯曲应力之间的关系式;建立了椭圆齿轮接触应力有限元模型,验证了椭圆齿轮计算理论的正确性。
Based on the principle of elliptic gear transmission,this paper deduced the calculation formula of elliptic gear contact strength and flexural strength; By using MATLAB software,the paper obtained the contact stress and tooth root bending stress with variable driving gear rotation angle,and the influence of the eccentricity of the ellipse gear on the tooth contact force and tooth root bending stress; It has been conducted that the comparisonsbetween the present elliptic gear and ordinary cylindrical gear by using an parabolic interpolation method to obtain the maximum strength stress relationship; Finally,the finite element model of contact stress of elliptical gears has been established,and the correctness of the calculation theory of elliptical gears was verified.
