通过区分论文质量,引入论文权重因子,建立计算量化论文质量的权重因子和链路权值的数学模型,证明该模型的合理性,提出一种带权重的社会网络模型来表示合著网络.以地方性工科大学材料学院为例,收集员工2006-2012年发表的期刊论文,构建合著网络,对科研团队特征进行了统计分析.分别采用传统的无权值社会网络模型和带权重社会网络模型对该合著网络进行了中心性分析、凝聚子群分析以及核心一边缘结构等分析.研究结果表明:多数员工参与了科研活动,院内员工之间的科研合作与沟通交流渠道较为顺畅;存在着4个科研团队,各团队中存在着人数不多、合作密切的骨干成员;杰出科研人员“外引进”和担任重要行政领导职务的团队领导能够明显促进和改善团队建设.
Considering paper discrepancy in quality, it introduced the factor of paper's weight. Further- more, it presented a mathematical model to calculate weight values and link weights of the network, and proved the validness of the model. Based on these theories, a weighted social network model was proposed to represent the co-authorship network. It discussed the co-authorship network of a local technological university's material school. The co-authorship network was formed by the papers published on the journals written by the staff in the school during the period 2006 -2012. It analyzed the network to disclose the underlying characteristics of the scientific research groups. It used the conventional un-weighted social network model and the proposed weighted social network respectively to analyze the co-authorship network including centrality analysis, subgroup analysis and core-periphery analysis. The results show that most of the staff participated in scientific research, and the channel of research cooperation and communication within the staff is smooth. There are four research groups, and each has a small number of core members obtaining tight research collaboration with each other. Introducing both distinguished researchers and the leaders oc- cupying senior administrative posts is effective to improve group construction.
