0102102综采面位于厚煤层首采分层,具有瓦斯含量高、涌出量大、煤层透气性好的特点。结合该采区地质条件,综合分析工作面瓦斯涌出原因,建立立体网格式瓦斯抽采体系,开采前期采取向本煤层施工定向钻孔、底板穿层钻孔、顺层钻孔,邻近层施工定向钻孔的抽放方案,使煤层瓦斯含量下降到6.57m^3/t,可解吸瓦斯量为3.75m^3/t,抽采率达到82%;开采期间采取本煤层施工顺层钻孔抽采配合工作面上隅角预埋管、高位钻孔、地面钻孔和瓦斯巷埋管等抽放方案,使瓦斯抽放量达到79.2m^3/min,工作面瓦斯浓度稳定在0.32%~0.42%,上隅角瓦斯浓度稳定在0.62%~0.76%,回风流瓦斯浓度稳定在0.48%~0.58%。
As the first mining sub- layer of a thick seam,the 0102102 fully mechanized mining face has high gas content,high emission amount,and high coal seam permeability. Based on the geological conditions,and analysis of working face gas emission,the paper establishes the three- dimensional grid of comprehensive gas drainage system. A pre- mining gas drainage scheme is applied, comprising directional drilling in working seam and adjacent seam, floor cross- seam drilling,bedding drilling. The seam gas content is reduced to 6. 57m~3/ t,desorbed gas volume is 3. 75m~3/ t,drainage rate reaches 82%. The mining gas drainage scheme comprises working seam bedding drilling drainage, pipe pre-embedding in working face upper corner,high position drilling,surface drilling and pipe embedding in gas tunnel. The gas drainage volume reaches 79. 2m~3/ min and working face gas concentration stabilizes at 0. 32% ~ 0. 42%,upper corner gas concentration at 0. 62% ~ 0. 76%,airflow gas concentration at 0. 48% ~ 0. 58%.
