为提高医学生标准心电图阅读能力,针对学生的知识及技能薄弱点,我们改革了医学生“标准心电图产生原理”、“阅读标准心电图的步骤及方法”等部分的教学;通过分析非标准导联连接的心电图及结合临床病例标准心电图,大量阅读标准心电图,扩展了学生心电图的知识视野,使学生更全面理解掌握了心电图知识;培养了学生系统有序阅读标准心电图的习惯,大大提高了学生识别标准心电图图形的能力。
To improve the capability of reading standard electrocardiogram in most medical students,some teaching efforts were made to improve their understanding of the principles of electrocardiogram generation,methods and steps of reading standard electrocardiogram.Given the general weakness among most medical students,the practice of reading standard electrocardiogram was strengthened by using some non-standard electrocardiograms,together with individual clinical cases of standard electrocardiograms.Such method was found to be able to broaden the students knowledge in electrocardiography reading and make them understand the knowledge more comprehensively.
