Executive leaders'work stress is both a theoretical and a practical issue that needs to be analyzed deeply. This article analyzed the process of work stress from multidimensional theoretical perspectives, proposed an integrative model of work stress theories, discussed the implications of the above - mentioned model for leaders' managing their work stress, and put forward some effective coping strategies.
