电磁脉冲对数字电路的辐照法与注入法比较

为了研究电磁脉冲注入法在评价设备或系统中电子器件受电磁脉冲辐照作用的有效性,准确评价电子器件在工作时的抗电磁脉冲能力,选取了某导弹装备上信息处理模块的串行数据分配电路为研究对象,研究了2种雷电电磁脉冲对电路的辐照效应与注入效应,总结了耦合规律与作用机理,讨论了直接注入与辐射耦合的相关性,探讨了电磁脉冲抗扰度的实验方法.研究结果表明,电磁脉冲的注入法与辐照法是不相关的,注入法不能替代辐照法.

英文摘要:

To investigate the validity of injection method on estimating radiation immunity of devices in circuits and systems against EMP,and exactly evaluate immunity of devices on working against EMP,a digital circuit was chosen as study object,and the injection experiments and radiation experiments of two types of LEMP on the digital circuit were studied.Coupling rules were studied,and the experimental results of injection and radiation were compared.Experimental results showed that radiation effects were susceptible to rise-time of pulse,while injection effects are susceptible to pulse width,and the immunity of devices against pulse of injection couldn't replace the immunity of devices in circuit against pulse of radiation.The injection method and radiation method were irrelevant,and they couldn't replace each other.
