该文提出一种新型杆式压电电机,描述了其工作原理。建立了任一啮合活齿在固定的中心轮内齿廓不同位置处的力学方程,研究了啮合活齿受到的来自柔轮、活齿架、中心轮三者作用力的变化规律。运用空间半无限体弹性力学理论,推导了在柔轮、活齿架、中心轮作用下啮合活齿的变形和应力计算公式。分析了啮合活齿所受作用力和应力随系统参数的变化规律。研究结果为新型杆式压电电机承载能力及动力学分析奠定了基础。
A novel bar-type piezoelectric motor is proposed and its working principle is described. The mechanics equations of any meshing teeth at different positions on the internal profile of the fixed rigid gear are deduced. The force changes applied to the movable teeth by the flexible ring, the rotor and the rigid gear are investigated. The deformation and stress equations of the meshing tooth under the forces from the flexible flag, the rotor and the rigid gear are derived on the basis of the space semi-infinite body elastic theory. Changes of forces and stress along with the system parameters are analyzed. The research results could be used for the load-carrying capability and dynamics analysis of the motor.
