目的:设计一种用于实时监测核磁共振水冷系统工作状态的短信报警装置,能在第一时间通过短信报警方式将水冷系统工作状态通知给工作人员。方法:在核磁共振水冷系统各重要部位点接入相应的传感器,通过各传感器的实时数据采集,形成单片机标准规范可识别的数据源,在ATmega16单片机控制处理分析下,根据系统要求进行相应的事件触发短信联动,通过TC35i短信模块对相应数据信息进行短信发送。结果:由模拟运行发现,该系统可以使工作人员在第一时间通过短信准确地获知发生异常部位故障的信息,从而实现对核磁共振水冷系统的实时监测。结论:该系统利用实时短信报警方式,有效地解决了发生故障时工作人员不在场和需要频繁巡视等问题,为设备运行提供了故障智能感知服务,对核磁共振监测领域的研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
Objective To design a real-time SMS alarming system for NMR water cooling system to inform the staff the situation at the first time. Methods Corresponding sensors were integrated into NMR water cooling system for acquiring real-time data and forming standardized data source recognized by SCM. ATmega16 SCM was used to process the data,and TC35 i module was triggered to send SMS. Results Simulation operation proved that the SMS alarming system could make the staff aware of the information on the failure so that real-time monitoring was realized for NMR water cooling system. Conclusion The SMS alarming system makes the staff response to the failure timely and eliminates the requirement for frequent patrolling, and may provide references for the monitoring of NMR.
