控制子母弹子弹的落速和落姿可以大大提高子母弹的毁伤效能.用LS~DYNA软件对子弹侵彻机场跑道的毁伤过程进行了数值模拟,以此为研究基础,利用均匀设计法对仿真试验进行科学设计,减少了大规模数值仿真的次数.通过回归分析建立了毁伤面积与落速、落姿之间的响应函数,进行了毁伤效果的优化研究.实验结果表明,即使在试验样本较少的情况下.利用均匀设计法设计的试验仍可获得精度较高的响应函数.该方法对研究侵彻子母弹毁伤机理和优化子母弹毁伤效能都有一定的意义.
To control the fall velocity and the fall attitude of the sub-munitions can highly improve the damage efficiency. Based on the data gained by simulating the process of the sub-munitions penetrating into the runway via LS-DYNA, the damage efficiency was studied. The simulation was arranged by the uniform design, so that the number of mass numerical simulation was reduced. The response function of the fall velocity and the fall attitude to the crater area was built by regression, and the damage efficiency was optimized. The experimental results show that even if there is less sample of experiment, response function with higher precision can also be obtained by uniform design. The proposed method is useful to the research on damage mechanism and on optimizing the damage efficiency of sub-munitions.
