压缩订购提前期可以提高零售商对随机需求预测的精度,订购更加合理的产品数量,从而增加其期望利润.在压缩提前期将增加供应商的生产成本假设下,首先分析了集中决策时的最优订购数量和订购时间,随后在成本参数信息不对称条件下,研究了只有一个供应商和存在多个供应商竞争供应机会这两种情形下零售商的最优采购策略.最后通过数值算例验证了零售商的期望利润随提前期压缩先增加后递减的结论,分析了零售商最大期望利润随对随机需求的预测精度与供应商数量等参数的变化趋势.
Compressing the lead-time can improve the accuracy of the forecasted random demand,help the retailer to order suitable quantity of product and increase the profit of the retailer.Under the assumption that compressing the lead-time would increase the supplier's production cost,this paper analyzes the optimal order quantity and order time under the center-decision firstly.Then the paper analyzes the retailer's procurement strategy within two distinct scenarios.There is a supplier in the first scenario and there are multiple competed suppliers in the second scenario.At last,numerical examples are presented to illustrate how the retailer's profit varies with the reduction of the lead-time increases and to analyze how the retailer's maximal profit depend on other parameters.
