研究EFP毁伤效能优化问题,为增加常规EFP战斗部对目标周围有生力量与轻型装甲目标的毁伤效能,通过在战斗部周向增填球形预制破片的方式,提出一种轴向EFP、周向预制破片的新型破甲杀伤复合战斗部结构。针对一种结构尺寸,在考虑粘合剂、冲击载荷下材料动态性能的变化、破片之间的相互作用等因素下进行了数值模拟研究,应用LS—DYNA软件分析了成型结果与破片场的杀伤能力,最后研究了药型罩壁厚、内衬尺寸以及破片直径对上述类型战斗部的成型与杀伤能力的影响规律,可以为战斗部的多功能毁伤设计提供帮助。
To enhance conventional EFP warhead's damage efficiency on effective strength and light - weight targets, this paper proposed a new warhead structure : anti - armor and anti - personnel composite warhead. The configuration of this warhead is an axial EFP surrounded with prefabricated fragments. Aimed at a kind of warhead's structure dimensions, the simulation was carried out on the influence of adhesive, the interaction of fragments and dynamic properties of materials under dynamic impact load by LS - DYNA. The forming result and the damage ability of the fragment field were analyzed. Finally, the structure parameters such as cavity liner thickness, liner thickness and fragments' diameter influence law on warhead performance and damage ability were studied. The results of this study can provide valuable help for multifunctional damaging design in warhead technology.
