选用铕掺杂的硫化钙和铈掺杂的钇铝石两种稀土掺杂的无机荧光剂,并合成了一种舍铕的稀土有机荧光剂,通过在不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)固化过程中加入荧光剂制备了具有荧光性能的复合材料,研究了荧光剂种类及用量对复合材料荧光性能的影响。结果表明,荧光剂在UPR中保持着原有的荧光性能,加入荧光剂后复合材料可以在可见光或紫外光的激发下发出较强的红色或黄绿色荧光,复合材料产生的荧光主要取决于稀土离子的种类,含铈的荧光材料发出黄绿色荧光,含铕的荧光材料发出红色荧光.复合材料的发光强度随荧光剂含量的增加而增强,并在1%~2%处达到最大。
Two kinds of rare earth doped inorganic fluorescent powders including cerium doped aluminum ytmum oxide( YAtJ : Ce) and europium doped calcium sulfide(CaS : Eu) were selected, and an organic lanthanide complex was synthesized as fluorescer. Luminescent unsaturated polyester resin(UPR)composites were prepared by adding luminescent rare earth powders into UPR during the curing process.The effects of the type and amount of fluorescers on the luminescent property of composites were investigated in details.The results show that the fluorescers remain their original luminescent characters in UPR.The prepared luminescent UPR composites can be excited under visible light or ultraviolet(UV) light, emitting yellow or red light.The luminescent properties of the composites are determined by the type of rare earth ion, Ce3+doped luminescent UPR exhibits yellow-emission and Eu3'doped luminescent UPR shows red-emission.The luminescent intensity of composites enhances with the increase of luminescent content. The optimum amount is 1%~2%.
