智能问答系统是远程教学系统中的一个重要组成部分，其主要功能是解答学习者的提问。在此研究了一种基于句型模板的智能问答系统，实现自然语言提问和自动智能答疑。该系统主要包括三方面的内容：①分析学习者的知识提问形式，采集句型模板，并实现基于Web的提问界面;②通过智能分词和模糊匹配建立提问句型，把提问句型映射到概念-关系模型上;③通过IO模型构造问答结果。
英文摘要：
Intelligent answer system is an important part of the remote education system. This paper introduces an intelligent answer system based on sentence template. The aim is to endow computers with automatic intelligent answers to the questions in natural language. The system comprises three parts： The first is to analyze the learners＇ questions and collect sentence template,and design a questions interface based on WEB. The second is to design the learners＇ questions through intellectual words and fuzzy matching and then project them to a concept-relation model. The third is to output the answers through the IO model.
