以高纯Y2O3、α-Al2O3和Yb2O3粉体为原料,采用非水基流延成型并结合真空反应烧结制备了平面波导YAG/10%Yb:YAG/YAG(YAG=Y3Al5O12)透明陶瓷。通过扫描电子显微镜表征了原料粉体、流延膜、素坯和陶瓷的微观形貌。采用分光光度计测试了陶瓷的直线光透过率。采用x射线能谱线扫描测试了Y和Yb元素在陶瓷断面处的扩散分布。研究表明:流延成型工艺可以获得均匀致密的流延膜和素坯结构,并且1775℃真空烧结30h后的陶瓷样品在可见光波段的直线光透过率接近80%,在1100nm处透过率高达81.5%,其中Y和Yb离子的体扩散系数(Dv)分别是5.79×10^-15和7.16×10^-15,晶界扩散系数(Dg)分别为2.25×10^-7和2.20×10^-7。
Planar waveguide YAG/10%Yb:YAG/YAG (YAG=Y3Al5O12) transparent ceramics were fabricated via tape casting and vacuum reaction sintering using commercial high-purity Y2O3, a-Al2O3 and Yb2O3 powders as raw materials. The microstructure of raw materials, casting tape, green bodyand ceramics were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The in-line transmittances of approximately 80% at visual wavelength and 81.5% at 1 100 nm were obtained for the sample vacuum sintered at 1 775 ℃ for 30 h. In addition, the bulk diffusion coefficients of Y and Yb ions in the product are 5.79× 10^-15 and 7.16× 10^-15, and the grain boundary diffusion coefficients of Y and Yb ions are 2.25 × 10^-7 and 2.20× 10^-7, respectively, according to the analysis of X-ray energy spectrum line scan.
